The National Zero Waste Council, in collaboration with Simon Fraser University, is hosting a FLW research sharing forum. We invite you to attend through one of our site locations (see above).

Research interest in FLW has skyrocketed: from understanding its causes, to investigating policy, business innovation or behavior change solutions. Research projects are being led by government policy makers, business R&D departments, university researchers, consultants. These projects can benefit from better understanding the types of knowledge projects currently underway or recently completed, how to avoid duplication, what opportunities there might be to pool resources, how to collaboratively engage similar sets of stakeholders – and what research gaps might exist.

Invitees include businesses including those conducting research for clients as well as their R&D departments; federal, provincial and municipal governments; university faculty and grad students; industry and consultancies.
