To apply for membership in the National Zero Waste Council please complete the online membership form below, and submit by email two supporting documents:
- A Letter or Resolution demonstrating organizational support for the Council. For local governments this may be a letter on behalf of Council, and/or a resolution endorsed by Council; for all other applicants, this should be a letter of support on organizational letterhead signed by a senior executive/administrator.
- A Statement of Intent briefly describing in 150-250 words how your organization demonstrates a commitment to waste prevention and reduction. This may include best practices, relevant plans, policies, or specific skills/expertise/knowledge within the organization. The Statement of Intent is for internal purposes to better understand how we may engage you as a member.
There is currently no fee for membership but this is subject to change.
